When Climate Risks Become a Reality:
From Crisis Management to a Systemic Approach to Sustainable Transformation.

Join us on Tuesday, 10 October 2023, between 9.30 and 11.30 at the hotel Occidental Ljubljana.

With climate change and climate-related risks becoming a reality, action has never been more urgent. The recent devastating floods that hit Slovenia are an even more serious reminder of the need to strengthen crisis management strategies and introduce a systemic approach to sustainable economic transformation.

This event will therefore focus on:

• The role and responsibility of management and supervisory bodies in addressing climate challenges and developing sustainable measures for the long-term resilience of business,
   
• the integration of sustainability strategies into decision-making processes, which have a number of implications in terms of policies, costs and organisational structures in companies,
   
• and the importance of crisis management and the necessary measures to manage climate risks.
